Generally, how long does it take for delivery？ Delivery takes approximately 5-20 working days depending on availability of stocks in our warehouse. *This is the estimated delivery time required under normal circumstances. There is a possibility of delay. In particular, please note the above announcement.
We cannot guarantee the absolute delivery time, but if you have a special request, please let us know, and we will do our best to meet your requirement.

Processing Time
Once we receive an order, we will process your order the next business day. If the ordered product is not in stock, we will need additional time to arrange it.
Shipping Partners
For local address in Malaysia, we use Standard Shipping, we use GDex, POS Laju, J&T, Skynet, Ninja Van and for local and International Standard Shipping, we use POS Laju, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. We’ll provide a tracking number upon availability so that you can estimate the arrival date and time. MTS Green Technology has the final and absolute right to decide the courier option.
RETURN POLICY

We accept returns only for products that are unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received. If your return is approved, a replacement product will typically be dispatched within 5 working days if availability of stocks in hand, otherwise within 20 work days.
Unfortunately, we do not provide any product returns shipping charges locally or internationally, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.
We do not accept returns based on the buyer’s change of mind or if the buyer decides the product is no longer needed. Our return policy is strictly limited to unopened products in its original packaging.within 3 working days from the date delivery.
In cases where a return is requested without a valid reason related to product functionality or quality (i.e., change of mind), we will accept the return under specific conditions. A restocking fee equivalent to 50% of the order value (excluding shipping costs) will be applied. This fee covers restocking and administrative expenses associated with processing a return.
The refund will only be issued upon the successful return and inspection of the product. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a denial of the refund.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return within 10 working days of product item received and let you know if a refund was approved or not. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method if it is approved. Please be aware that it could take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
